About Michelle
Michelle is a certified Holistic Life-Balance and Wellbeing coach and teacher. She loves assisting other busy women to set boundaries and identify what’s most important to help find life-balance, contentment and joy in their lives.
Michelle is no stranger to the stress and overwhelm of the demands of professional life – having burnt out twice in her teaching career. She’s discovered how important it is to prioritize your own personal well-being and use Stress Management and Self-Care to cope with the busyness of a demanding life.
This crazy world can be both stressful and overwhelming for so many women, trying to juggle all the responsibilities of working, raising a family and a being a mum and wife. So often, your needs get forgotten about. I’m here to help empower you, to take control to find your life-balance…to gain renewed vitality and to feel much more invigorated.
