Following are some great wellness books that I’ve been reading. I found them very informative on my journey to regain my health. I hope you find them interesting too.

This wellness book was a very interesting read. It changed my thinking about the way that I looked at my health. It has helped me to get a clearer understanding of how a teaching life can place demands on our bodies and how chronic stress negatively effects us.
Dr Todd shows you how different conditions are linked and how to empower us with simple strategies and tools to take control.
Reading this book was the turning point for me to start the journey of recovery.
Book Title: Essential Oils: Ancient Medicine
Authors: Dr Josh Axe, Ty Bollinger and Jordan Rubin
This book is a terrific resource to refer to when finding out about Essential oils and their power. It also has very detailed descriptions of each oil and their uses.
In addition, it contains information about natural remedies and oils used in healthy recipes. Use it in conjunction with my post 3 Essential Oils to support wellbeing for teachers.
